My bad!

Amir jatuh katil this morning. I was just few steps away from him. Beberapa ketika selepas I toleh dia ada atas katil lagi.

Benjol + merah dekat kening. When I pick him up from the floor rasa nak menangis. So I hug him tight to my chest. I feel so bad! Rasa nak cuti je. But I know I can rely on my cousin, Amir's babysitter to observe him today.

My heart skips a beat tengok cara Amir jatuh tadi. You know la when such thing happens, otak berputar ligat fikir what consequences may take effect. I know we have to be extra cautious from now on.

Baby Teething

Teething process

• begin as early as 3 months
• Between the ages of 4 and 7 months,  baby's first tooth pushing through the gum line
• The first teeth to appear usually are the two bottom front teeth (central incisors). Checked!
• followed 4 to 8 weeks later by the four front upper teeth (central and lateral incisors) Checked! But only one has appeared.
• About a month later, the lower lateral incisors (the two teeth flanking the bottom front teeth) will appear
• Next to break through the gum line are the first molars (the back teeth used for grinding food)
• then finally the eyeteeth (the pointy teeth in the upper jaw)
• Most kids have all 20 of their primary teeth by their third birthday

Teething symptoms

•Drooling (which can lead to a facial rash)

 

•Gum swelling and sensitivity Checked!

 

•Irritability or fussiness Checked!

 

•Biting behavior Checked!

 

•Refusing food

 

•Sleep problems Checked! Uwaaaaaa...
 
 
 
Since yesterday afternoon, babysitter dah bagi Amir minum gripe water. Petang semalam he seems okay. Malam tadi before tido minum gripe water lagi sekali, semalam Amir tido lena!! Wuuhuuu.. Pagi tadi pun mood dia dah okay. I think gripe water helps. Semalam we bought Oregel - teething pain relief gel from pharmacy. Mungkin membantu jugak.


Phew!

Mother's Day Lunch Treat

Saja-saja keluar makan ala-ala celebrate tapi sebenarnya similar je macam outing weekend ;p Jangankan tidak kan, jadi celebrate ala kadar aje..

We had lunch at TGIF, The Gardens. Most of customer on that day pun makan kecil-kecilan macam kami satu famili.

 Hmmm.. nak makan apa ye? Takde pun solid food for 6 months and above??

 Melompat-lompat. Bergurau senda.

Dah penat, inilah akibatnya.

Muka standard lepas bangun tido...

muke masam!

Hadiah dari Amir untuk mommy bersempena Mother's day tahun ni:

2 batang gigi di bawah.

1 batang gigi kat gusi atas.

2 malam berturut tidak-dapat-tidur sebab Amir fussy, maybe sebab nak tumbuh gigi tu.

1 kepala yang berat di pagi Selasa ini sebab tak cukup tidur.

Mother's day; Can you feel the vibe?

When I reached my desk this morning, I saw a piece of note and chocolate! Weeee.. This advance wish really make my day.

It's from my boss, Dr Christine - she's nice and sweet.

Lex Luthor Malaysia (?)

Bila suarakan kerisauan pasal rambut Amir yang haluuuuusss aje tu, nanti orang akan reply 'Jangan risau'  'Biasalah tu..'   'Nanti adalah tu, baby lagi..'


Senang hati emak.


Bila dah senang hati, ada pulak yang cakap 'Eh rambut dia memang takde ke.. ke cukur'   'Ohh rambut dia sikit..' atau buat muka pelik (sikit). Dengan erti kata lain if tak risau pasal rambut Amir, banyak pulak orang tegur mana rambut Amir. Huhu.


Tapi satu remark ni from Puan Seri Nora (owner Nora Lodge, Bkt Tinggi) 'Eh macam Lex Luthor!'  ---> Ini menggelikan hati. Lol.

Long weekend but yet so short

Why oh why, 3 days weekend seems not enough..

Weekend kali ni ialah weekend untuk berehat. Keluar jalan-jalan pun sekadar melepaskan batuk di tangga (?)

Bangun pagi ikut Mommy pergi pasar..

Macam tak ikhlas je ikut....

Petang Isnin melepak dengan Uncle Ezy. Happy Hour at Starbucks Coffee.

On Sunday Amir pergi jumpa Aunt Sari, she bought souvenir from Spain for both Amir and his mommy! Yeay, thanks a lot!
