The first time we celebrate his birthday was in 2004. Mungkinkah Ami ingat lagi 'lawak budak umur 20 tahun' buat surprise birthday party kat Pulau Kambing, Terengganu. I still remember the first thing he said when I suddenly appeared in the scene, 'Ingat lawak ke?' Uppss. Tapi lepas tu tengok okay je dia makan cake ;p
2005 ialah tahun akhir Ami buat degree di Terengganu. Masa tengah syok bercinta, at the same time, Ami's relationship with his friends agak renggang. Maybe sebab asyik dengan I aja, so x banyak masa dengan kawan-kawan ;p (Clingy betul girlfriend dia) But honestly, saya pun type of person yang pentingkan kawan-kawan, so I don't mind nak hang out sekali dengan kawan-kawan Ami. In fact until now, bila boring je ajak kawan lepak instead of lepak berdua. So berbalik pada cerita, untuk birthday Ami tahun ini, I invited his friends to surprise him. I want him to have a good time with his friends.
Tapi, bila ada kawan-kawan lelaki, habis kena rumble.
Hehe basi sungguh muka semunya ;p
Especially budak berdua ni
So the following year, 2006 Ami dah start kerja di KL. While me still kat Terengganu. I was so frustrated at first sebab tak dapat celebrate birthday Ami. And ayat standard Ami, 'Alah xpe yang' Eh eh ni memang agaknya suka kita tak celebrate dengan dia ;p Tapi mana boleh tak celebrate, it's a must. Maka, naik bus selama 9 jam dari Terengganu ke KL. Mintak tolong 2 orang kawan Ami ajak Ami keluar minum di BTS and Tadaaaaa.. saya ada kat belakang Ami masa we were on the phone, kononnya I made the call from Terengganu.
2007, 2008 and 2009, buat surprise birthday party with some close friends. Tapi agaknya Ami pun dah boleh agak kan dah tiap-tiap tahun sure nak celebrate birthday punya.
2010 - celebrate birthday as husband and wife. And of course we both dapat precious and priceless gift from Allah :) There was no special celebration during this year. Semua fokus tertumpu kepada preparation nak menyambut Amir yang masih dalam perut.
2011 - celebrate birthday as a parent! very exciting. Amir was still a baby, 6 months old. We just went out and have special treat for our birthday. And thanks to family and friends yang celebrate birthday kami.
Why suddenly birthday kami? Erk. Patut fokus pada Ami sekarang. Tulah dia birthday dekat sangat.
Anyway Sayang,
I'm sorrry sebab walaupun baru 8 tahun, 8 bulan, 1 minggu, 4 hari kita together-gether, tapi dah tak dapat nak fikir special things I can do on your birthday selain be the first one to wish. I juga tidak mempunyai capability macam Ami untuk tulis note yang indah-indah bahasanya. Selalu pun I lukis something to deliver my wish and feeling, itupun sebab I rasa I can draw better than you walaupun hakikatnya tak lah cantik mana lukisan I tu. I nak buat surprise birthday party macam dulu-dulu tapi too bad ada kelas pulak malam birthday Ami :( Hemmm, apa lagi eh alasan I boleh bagi..... Ha, tapi tak bermakna I tak buat apa-apa langsung for your birthday. So, buat sementara ni (sehinggalah I dapat fikir a better idea) I hope this note enlightened your birthday today. See you tonight at 10pm!
